When you hear “studies” you think “lectures, classes, specialisations”. One moment! At the University of Lodz we have much more than essential basics to offer. It is already during the first year that we open a variety of possibilities to our students.
Are you looking for additional experience in the field of your scientific interests? If so, join a selected Student Science Club. Activities of the clubs provide opportunities to cooperate with companies, to organise events (such as conferences, charity actions) or to travel abroad. Or perhaps do you have a research idea or an idea for a project related to completion of a subject? In such cases you should read about Student Research Grants, thanks to which your ideas will receive financial support from us.
If you are not interested in the future scientific career, then perhaps do you feel attracted to the world of business and culture? If so, we have something right for you – a mentoring project that will let you cooperate with VIP Alumni of our University for several months. Among the Vip Alumni of UL there are CEOs of enterprises, senior managers, leading journalists and lawyers. Development under their umbrella is not all, as the Career Office, UL will also take care of your skills and competence. It is a place where you will find information about trainings, courses, traineeships or internships. And if you are already finishing your adventure with studies the Career Office will provide you with job offers.
Regardless of which direction you want to develop in, remember one thing – free your mind!
