Check USOS. Important Documents from UniLodz Will Be Delivered to You Online

From 8 May, the UniLodz students may receive important documents via the university’s electronic systems, including USOS and IRK. It is advisable to check your account regularly, as a document sent through the system will be considered officially delivered.

Your documents in USOS / IRK

The new rules apply, among other things, to decisions related to the course of studies, as well as other documents issued by UniLodz.

After receiving a decision, you may still apply for a reconsideration of the case. You have 14 days from the date the document is delivered in the system to submit an application. Applications may be submitted in person, by post, or to the university’s electronic delivery address.

Delivery of a document via the system is legally effective and does not require additional delivery by post or to the student’s electronic delivery address.
