A scan of the signed achievements table (Excel – compliant with the Regulations)
Supporting documents (certificates, diplomas, confirmations, etc.)
Combine everything into one PDF file
Important: if supporting documents are not provided, the given achievement will not be taken into account.

Don’t leave it until the last minute – gather your achievements and submit your application!
